The Albert McNeil Jubilee Singers

THE ALBERT MCNEIL JUBILEE SINGERS, a traveling company of 14-16, a resident company of 30  has traveled to over 70 countries, including 3 tours for the U.S. Deparmtment of State's Cultrual Exchange Program. Its mission is to focus worldwide attention on the vast body of music termed "African-American", especially the historic concert version of the rich genre known as Negro Spirituals.  It also includes in its repertory Black gospels, music theatre, and Opera, by African-American composers and arrangers.  The group has had 17 sold-out European tours, 11 tours of the United States, and has had collabrative concerts with Chanticleer, Vancouver chamber, Dale Warland Singers, The Morman Tabernacle Choir, and the L.A. Master Chorale.
